The adventure begins when Ryder and the PAW Patrol pups receive an urgent call from Mayor Goodway of Adventure City, seeking their help in stopping her rival, Mayor Humdinger, from wreaking havoc on the city. As it turns out, Mayor Humdinger has concocted a plan to turn Adventure City into his own personal playground, filling the streets with his ridiculous inventions and causing chaos throughout the city. The PAW Patrol team springs into action, using their unique skills and gadgets to thwart Mayor Humdinger's schemes and restore order to the city. Marshall, with his powerful water cannon, takes on the task of putting out fires caused by Humdinger's pyrotechnic contraptions, while Chase uses his super speed to chase down runaway vehicles driven by Humdinger's robotic minions. Meanwhile, Skye soars through the skies above Adventure City, using her keen eyesight and agility to track down Humdinger's aerial drones and disable them. As for Rubble, he gets busy clearing rubble and debris left in the wake of Humdinger's mayhem, while Rocky uses his powerful strength to lift heavy objects and rescue those trapped beneath the wreckage.
